Afgelopen vrijdag flink met de eigenaresse in het DA filiaal in Tolkamer te midden van klanten een heftige woordenwisseling gehad. Kwam voor het ophalen van mijn poststuk, maar deze dame had graag dat ik de hele winkel rond zou lopen en achteraan in de klantenrij aan zou sluiten, met alle vertraging tot gevolg.... Niet dus!! Kom daar voor mijn postzaken en NIET voor de DA !! Voor postzaken is in iedere winkel / supermarkt een aparte hoek/balie ingericht... Een ieder moet daar plaats kunnen nemen wanneer hij/zij alleen voor postzaken komt.... Takkewijf !!!
Unbelieveable!!
Last Friday we had a fierce altercation with the owner in the DA branch in Tolkamer amidst customers. Came to collect my mail item, but this lady would have liked me to walk around the entire store and join the back of the customer queue, resulting in a delay .... Not so !! Come there for my mail business and NOT for the DA !! Each shop / supermarket has a separate corner / counter for postal business ... Everyone should be able to take a seat there when he / she only comes for postal business ...
