Dit is al de tweede keer dat ik word afgekat omdat ik contant betaal en ze daarna d'r handen moet schoonmaken. Dat moeten we allemaal. Ga dan niet in een winkel staan, blijf dan thuis.

Vriendelijkheid ten opzichte van klanten is een belangrijke vorm voor PR. Helaas niet hier. Mogelijk betreft het een enkele medewerkster. Ik ga nu voortaan naar een andere winkel.
