Ze hebben alles gedaan wat ze gezegd hebben, en meer.
Ze werken hard maar netjes, zijn erg vriendelijk, ruimen hun rommel op en kwamen met goede tips en aanbevelingen.
Zelfs alle buren zeiden dat ze met bewondering hadden staan kijken.
Company Van Gulik has fitted our roof with new roof tiles.
They did everything they said and more.
They work hard but neat, are very friendly, clean up their mess and came with great tips and recommendations.
Even all the neighbors said they had watched with admiration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na storm Eunice was er een dakpan van ons dak losgekomen met lekkage ten gevolg. In contact gekomen met RC van Gulik. Die had het uiteraard erg druk na de storm. Begrijpelijk. Waar ik geen begrip voor heb is dat ik 3 dagen aan het lijntje ben gehouden. Ze zouden zaterdag tussen 2 en 4 komen. Na bellen werd dat avond. Daarna weer bellen en werd het zondag. Zo ging dat door tot zelfs maandag. Het laatste telefoontje werd afgesloten met: ik bel altijd binnen 5 minuten terug. Daarna heb ik niets meer van ze vernomen (nu 4 dagen geleden).
Nogmaals, begrip voor de drukte en mogelijk het feit dat ze niet voor 1 dakpan willen komen. Maar dan moet dit gewoon gezegd worden. En draai er dan niet omheen en hou een klant niet aan het lijntje. Daar hou ik niet van. Vandaar dat ik hierover een recensie achter laat.
After storm Eunice, a roof tile had come loose from our roof, resulting in a leak. Got in touch with RC van Gulik. He was obviously very busy after the storm. Understandable. What I do not understand is that I was kept on a leash for 3 days. They were supposed to come on Saturday between 2 and 4. That evening became after calling. Then call again and it became Sunday. That went on until Monday. The last call ended with: I always call back within 5 minutes. After that I have heard nothing more from them (4 days ago now).
Again, understand the crowds and possibly the fact that they don't want to come for 1 roof tile. But then this just has to be said. And don't beat around the bush and don't keep a customer on the lead. I do not like that. That's why I'm leaving a review about it.
