β β β β β Wees gewaarschuwd voor de beschamende service van dit bedrijf. Tijdens de plaatsing van onze dakkapel op 16 juli 2021 is er een barst in één van de ramen ontstaan. Er werd vanuit de eigenaar toegezegd dat dit z.s.m. opgelost zou worden, inmiddels zijn we bijna 9 maanden verder en is het raam nog steeds niet vervangen.
Doordat het bedrijf niet meer reageert op telefoontjes en e-mails ben ik afgelopen maand genoodzaakt geweest om rechtsbijstand in te schakelen. Schandalig hoe dit bedrijf je behandelt als de rekening al betaald is!
Be warned about the shameful service from this company. During the installation of our dormer window on July 16, 2021, a crack appeared in one of the windows. It was promised from the owner that this would be solved asap, now we are almost 9 months further and the window has still not been replaced.
Because the company no longer responds to phone calls and e-mails, I was forced to call in legal aid last month. Outrageous how this company treats you when the bill is already paid!

β β β β β 13 januari 2022 zijn er 2 dakkapellen geplaatst. Dakkapellen zelf zien er goed uit en snel en vakkundig gemonteerd.
Waarom dan toch 1 ster hoor ik je denken.. nou dat kan ik je uitleggen. Deze firma komt de afspraken niet na als het gaat om herstel werkzaamheden. Wel 10 keer verzocht om terug gebeld te worden en alle overige afspraken komen deze medewerkers niet na.
Wij eisen dan ook dat iemand ons uiterlijk morgen middag belt. Geen smoesjes meer.. niet doen alsof wij niet bestaan.. we hebben β¬16.000 uitgegeven en daar mag op zijn mijn normale communicatie tegenover staan.
Aangezien we geen vertrouwen hebben in terugbelverzoek nr 11β¦ doe ik het op deze manier.
January 13, 2022 2 dormer windows have been installed. The dormer windows themselves look good and are installed quickly and professionally.
Why then 1 star I hear you think .. well I can explain that to you. This company does not comply with the agreements when it comes to repair work. Requested 10 times to be called back and these employees do not comply with all other agreements.
We therefore demand that someone calls us at the latest tomorrow afternoon. No more excuses.. don't pretend we don't exist.. we spent β¬16,000 and that is my normal communication in return.
Since we don't trust callback number 11β¦ I'll do it this way.

Wij waren aan het shoppen voor een dakkapel en de een na de ander had weinig haast met een offerte regelen of terug te bellen. Behalve degene waar ik eigenlijk niet veel van verwachtte, namelijk dakkapel.nl. Die belden de dag na mijn aanvraag met een aanbod dat ook nog eens net zo goedkoop was als de online schatting.
Er was een schatting dat de kapel in maart (2022) geplaatst zou kunnen worden, maar er werd na de inmeting vrij snel gebeld dat het al in januari kon.
Nog altijd heerste bij mij een klein beetje achterdocht, daar er tegenwoordig vrij veel oplichters rondlopen, maar wederom verastte dakkapel.nl mij. Ik belde over de rekening en dat ik graag na oplevering wilde betalen omdat ik het niet helemaal vertrouwde en het antwoord was, geen probleem, als het de dag van plaatsing maar op onze rekening staat. En daar werd het laatste detail en dus ook de laatste halve ster waargemaakt. De rekening moest voor 11 uur op de dag van plaatsing voldaan zijn was de originele vraag... Dat bleek na oplevering te zijn. De jongens waren er om 7.45u en om 10.15 zat de dakkapel er op en was alles klaar. Ze hadden zelfs nog een paar rotte dakpannen vervangen voor goeie die ze weggehaald hadden van het deel van het dak waar de kapel werd geplaatst.
Ik ben een zeer tevreden klant. Alles bij elkaar genomen zou ik willen dat meer bedrijven zo werkten. Service, kwaliteit, goede prijs en alles is boven verwachting geweest.
good, cheap and great service
We were shopping for a dormer window and one after the other was in little rush to arrange a quote or call back. Except for the one I wasn't expecting much from, namely dakkapel.nl. They called the day after my application with an offer that was also just as cheap as the online estimate.
There was an estimate that the chapel could be placed in March (2022), but after the survey it was called fairly quickly that it could already be built in January.
There was still a little bit of suspicion with me, as there are quite a lot of scammers walking around these days, but again dakkapel.nl surprised me. I called about the bill and that I would like to pay after delivery because I did not trust it completely and the answer was, no problem, as long as it is on our account the day of placement. And that is where the last detail and therefore also the last half star was realized. The bill had to be paid before 11 a.m. on the day of placement was the original question... That turned out to be after delivery. The boys were there at 7.45 am and at 10.15 am the dormer window was up and everything was ready. They had even replaced a few rotten roof tiles with good ones that they had removed from the part of the roof where the chapel was placed.
I am a very satisfied customer. All things considered, I wish more companies worked like this. Service, quality, good price and everything has been above expectations.

β β β β β We met Ewout and we talk with him about material and parts and prices. We decide for kunstof material, one of the most resistant to the weather conditions. He take care about all the document and permits. Finally on the 13 Feb 2019 the company was at my address to placed the dakkapel.
I' m always fascinated about this typical Dutch structure.
The team was on time early in the morning, they work hard but they were also very friendly.
At 13:00 everything was places and we fell very happy about the final result.
I strongly recommend Dakkappel. NL for your future project.

β β β β β I had a horrible experience with this company. They caused a lot of damage to my house while installing dakkapel but they are not responding to cover the damage after I made the payment for the dakkapel. It has been almost 4 months and I have not received any response from them.
Before installing the dakkapel, they cut open my roof and didnβt cover it when it rained, even after I went and asked them to cover it. Due to heavy rain, my house had a lot of damage due to water filling on the house. I immediately informed this to their office and about the lapse from their workers. The office confirmed that their insurance company will cover this damage and I donβt have to worry. I was waiting for the confirmation from their insurance company. But the next day they threatened me to make the payment. The communication was very unprofessional and rowdy type. Few weeks after I made the payment, their insurance company confirmed this kind of damage will not be covered by the insurance company and dakkapel.nl needs to cover this. Since then, I am not able to get any response from these guys. This has been almost 4 months and I am still not able to get a response from these guys. I strongly advise all to stay away from this company and spare themselves this horrible experience. I am trying to take legal action on them.
Update: within 5 hours of writing the review, I got the call from Ewout who now says, he won't process my request for damage compensation because of my review. I wonder if this is how Dutch companies really work and if there is no control on these companies and their employees. I have the recording of the call fr Ewout. I wish I could post the recording. But I assume it will help me with the legal steps. Any suggestions from any law abiding citizens would be helpful.

β β β β β Very unprofessional not responding to the issue after the installation. They have recently installed the dakkapel at our home. After a month a I have raised a compliant about the water fog in the glass in the dakkapel. They sent a support guy then said it fixed. But the issue remains the same. I have tried contact them no response properly no reply to also my email. I have repaired the damage again my self but the problem of water fog is not solved. Personally i felt very bad customer support even after spending so much my for this. They provided 15 years gurantee but in the first 3 months itself i am not getting support not sure how they provide when something goes wrong in future.
