I sold my apartment through Dames van Vermeer on the advice of a friend. And I am very satisfied with the services they have provided; good, fast communication, there was good thinking, I really took care of it. A must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het contact met de makelaar was erg laagdrempelig en plezierig. Ze was ook altijd bereikbaar en flexibel in de afspraken. De makelaar heeft ook goed geholpen met alle randzaken die het verkopen van een huis met zich meebrengt. En zelfs onze kopers geholpen uit service voor hun. De dames van Vermeer hebben veel ervaring en deskundigheid in huis om top begeleiding en service te geven in het kopen/ verkopen van het huis! Dus ik zou ‘de dames’ zeker aanbevelen!!
Contact with the broker was very accessible and pleasant. She was also always available and flexible in the appointments. The broker has also helped a lot with all the side issues involved in selling a house. And even helped our buyers out of service for them. The Vermeer ladies have a lot of experience and expertise in-house to provide top guidance and service in buying / selling the house! So I would definitely recommend "the ladies" !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dames van Vermeer were the real-estate agents of the seller which I was purchasing an apartment from, the agent had written down incorrect information in the listing on funda and communicated verbally that incorrect information as well, which wasn't revealed to be incorrect until the time of signing the purchase agreement, by then I had already incurred irreversible costs, a huge waste of time, and missed opportunities on other apartments I could have bid on in the meantime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agents created a fatal mistake by mentioning that an apartment lies on own ground while it was on leasehold. That created huge inconvenience after the notary, the financial advisor and the appraisal was arranged. It is an extremely unforgivable and unprofessional mistake.

We had the luck to work with José, which is an amazing and professional agent, she considered our wishes, requests.
