The variation, simplicity, intensity and enjoyment is just what I was looking for.
I've done P90X, P90x3 insanity and many more. And to be honest I've always felt they never worked for me. The repetition got boring coupled with too much waffle.
Daniels programme is just amazing and every week, it changes.
Top work Daniel, I'll be recomending you for sure.
