★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al heel wat jaartjes geleden samen met danspartner op een oefenmiddag geweest. Er was aangekondigd live muziek maar dat was uitgesteld tot een maand later. Nu dus mechanische muziek maar helaas niet alles lekkere dansnummers. Al hoewel ik 10 dansen kan dansen was het toch veel zitten blijven. Ze komen regelmatig langs met een iPad of je voor de zoveelste keer wat drinken wilt. Dat wordt draadloos doorgegeven naar de kassa bij de uitgang. Vond het al verdacht, geen prijzen genoemd. Ben me rot geschrokken wat we moesten betalen voor twee kopjes koffie en twee glaasjes fris. Lesgeven zal heus wel goed gaan. In een ruimte er naast werd druk geoefend maar in een lokaal dansclubje in een buurthuis ben je toch stukken voordeliger uit.
Many years ago we went to a practice afternoon with a dance partner. Live music was announced but it was postponed until a month later. Now mechanical music but unfortunately not all nice dance numbers. Although I can dance 10 dances it was still a lot of sitting. They regularly come by with an iPad if you want a drink for the umpteenth time. This is transmitted wirelessly to the cash register at the exit. Found it suspicious, no prices mentioned. I was shocked what we had to pay for two cups of coffee and two glasses of soda. Teaching will certainly go well. There was a lot of practice in a room next to it, but in a local dance club in a community center you still get a lot cheaper.
