★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is possible to learn Salsa in a short time :D. We took some private lessons for our first dance and everybody loved it. So many good comments. We couldn't have made a better choice than Salsa Chun :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to learn salsa with a big group! Chun is fun and helpful. The classes are given in Dutch, which I don't speak, and still I'm learning just fine! Totally recommend if you're looking to learn salsa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with ESN (Erasmus Student Network) to introduce the international students to salsa. It was a positive experience, the lesson was not to short and not to long. The way he taught made it fun, no detailed moves, just the basics in a very fun way. The teacher was able to teach in front of a large group without a problem. Some of the internationals signed up to follow the salsa course. In summary: if you want to get a good first experience in salsa with a bigger group, go to salsa chun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dansschool Salsachun classes are fun with a lot of young people. I don't speak Dutch (yet :) ) but have been able to follow along, everyone is really friendly and Chun is always happy to help if you seem to be struggling. And for the price, you really can't beat it!

I really recommand this private lesson .

The lesson started and hour late
I’ve never had a dance lesson where there was more talking than dancing.
I have to agree with other reviews that say that the instructor does not seem very friendly towards non dutch speakers and has a very annoyed attitude (in all classes i’ve been to i’ve always said that i’m ok with following a lesson in dutch. Even if i don’t speak it i can fully understand.But never have i had someone sigh annoyed after realising i don’t speak dutch).
His teaching method is confusing and i really don’t get him joking all the time. I like a good joke and a fun environment but i paid for a dance lesson, not a comedy show.
And yes, i had to pay 10eur for the proeflesson which is what brought me to leave this review. It’s not a proeflesson if you have to pay for it, so i was expecting the same quality of a regular dance lesson and this is the worst i’ve been to.
