O	Oscar Goudsmit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soms kan je pech hebben, binnen 1 jaar werd mijn auto twee keer geparkeerd aangereden. Maar het geluk was dat beide keren iemand mij het kenteken van de veroorzaker heeft door gegeven. Mijn auto is beperkt casco verzekerd met een verhaalservice via DAS. En DAS heeft beide keren het schadebedrag keurig en snel binnen gehaald en reeds vooraf op mijn rekening gestort! Vandaar ook de 5 sterren!! Sometimes you can be unlucky, within 1 year my car was hit twice parked. But luckily, both times someone gave me the identification number of the perpetrator. My car is insured to a limited extent with a recovery service via DAS. And DAS has collected the damage amount neatly and quickly both times and has already paid it into my account in advance! Hence the 5 stars!!

For all the time I got feeling they are not stand on my side at all, instead against me all the time. In the end, I realized that they do this because they want to protect their own interest, i.e. avoiding any spending from their side on the case. The insurance is no value, thus I decide to leave.

And if by miracle a feedback was coming, the advices were always incomplete, as the emails were never read entirely. You just lose time, energy and nerves for nothing in return. Search for a different agency!
S	Sinan T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. Don't use the lawyers they arrange. Arrange your own lawyer, do not trust this company a bit. It is important to file a complaint to AFM.nl if you have an issue with them next to the other actions you would take.

The lawyers are completely lacking of experience on dealing with disputes, they dont read the case properly and they dont spend enough time on it. Overall, terrible experience

I had to follow up numerous times without any success. Thus, I decided to hire a private lawyer and cancelled my insurance. In this case, "you get what you pay for." They're low cost for a reason.
