John takes you through the whole process and explains every step of the way. I would recommend going for the Pro+ package which includes the 3D recordings of the different setups. In my case it was very obvious that the final setup resulted in a slightly more aero position while mainly increasing stability of my upper body and knees.

John is a very nice guy, is diligent and explains very clearly, providing you full understanding to really grasp and take onboard the improvements in your motion. Like how it is also very data-driven, with obviously room for personal preference, but it is a very objective approach looking at your anatomy, posture, optimal power transfer, pressure points, etc. so you know the advised improvements are real and funded. Top!

Well, well, well, they were not wrong at all! John helped me a lot by not only adjusting my bike's position, but explaining every step, what change made what difference and so on. If you really want to improve your performance, understanding how your body adjusts to your bike is crucial and John really teaches you that. Moreover, I have been told that in a lot of bike shops when they do bike fitting they (understandably from business perspective) just try to sell you stuff from their shop, which is definitely not the case here! P.S.: John speaks perfect English, so if you don't speak Dutch, that's a big big pro :)

On the bike fitting, John is very meticulous and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I left his place with enough knowledge to be able to fit my other bikes, and with the possibility to get back to clarify any questions. Very happy with it. Recommended...
