I could tell about the ridiculous meetings with the personal trainer or I c could describe how crowded the pool was, or how covid regulations were not applied, but the worst for me was dealing with the customer service: the price and conditions discussed during the intake were not reflected in the contract. agreements were not respected by them and eventually they even stole extra ~30 euro from me. ridiculous
