Sie kann gut beraten, findet Angebote zum fairen Preis und arbeitet schnell trotz langer Warteschlange. Ich bin begeistert von ihrer Arbeit. I can highly recommend the blond-haired lady who works there. She can give good advice, finds offers at a fair price and works quickly despite a long queue. I am excited about their work.

Ich wollte nur wissen, ab welcher Haltestation ein anderer Verkehrsverbund beginnt, jedoch wurde ich bei meinem Anruf am 07.08.2017 um 16:10 mit folgenden Worten begrüßt: "Warten Sie, ich spreche noch...". Kein "Hallo" kein "Ich bitte um einen Augenblick Geduld". Daraufhin hat man mich für über 30 Minuten zur Seite gelegt, da die Frau am Schalter einen Kunden nach dem anderen bedient hat, anstatt mir eben eine kurze Frage zu beantworten. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich verstehe zwar, dass man den Kunden bedient, der gerade dabei ist sich seine Auskunft zu holen oder ein Ticket zu kaufen, aber mich eine halbe Stunde an sinnlosen Gesprächen teilnehmen zu lassen und mich einfach zu vergessen oder einfach zu ignorieren, ist ein Armutszeugnis! Ach, meine Frage wurde übrigens nicht beantwortet, da die gute Frau am Schalter es nicht für nötig hielt, den Hörer aufzunehmen und sich endlich um mich zu kümmern, selbst dann nicht, als der Laden leer schien. Katastrophe!!! Deutsche Bahn und Bocholt, danke für absolut nichts! What a catastrophic club! No "hello" no "please be patient for a moment". Then I was put aside for over 30 minutes because the woman at the counter served one customer after the other instead of answering a short question. An absolute cheek. I understand that one serves the customer who is about to get his information or buy a ticket, but letting me take part in senseless conversations for half an hour and simply forgetting or simply ignoring me is a sign of poverty! Oh, by the way, my question was not answered because the good woman at the counter didn't think it was necessary to pick up the phone and finally take care of me, even when the shop seemed empty. Nach einer Stunde hat sich das ganze dann auch schon erledigt und ich musste ohne mein Ticket gehen... Danke deutsche Bahn... für absolut gar nichts. Absolutely catastrophic the lady who should have come to work just didn't show up, but since I still had hope that she might not be able to come after all, I waited an entire hour and tried desperately to reach someone from the agency. After an hour the whole thing was done and I had to go without my ticket ... Thanks Deutsche Bahn ... for absolutely nothing.
