De Bruijn & Co Kost naar mijn mening teveel voor wat ze leveren. Daarnaast hebben ze bij ons teveelfouten gemaakt, hierdoor zijn we bij hen weggegaan. Vlak voor we wilde stoppen met hun dienst af te nemen stuurde ze een nieuwe algemene voorwaarde waar we expliciet niet mee akkoord waren gegaan. Toch wilde ze ons houden aan deze algemene voorwaarden. Het verschil was een paar maanden opzeg termijn, of (bij hun nieuwe voorwaarden) het hele jaar afmaken, wat zou resulteren dat we nog meer dan een half jaar gebruik moesten maken van hun service. Hier gingen we natuurlijk niet mee akkoord, aangezien we nooit akkoord waren gegaan met deze voorwaarden. Ze weigerden mee te werken aan de overgave van informatie aan onze nieuwe accountants. Ze wilde dat we het hele jaar afmaakten(vanaf juni tm december). Na tientallen e-mails te hebben gestuurd, veel stress te hebben ervaren en hoge facturen te hebben betaald hebben ze uiteindelijk toch na enkele maanden ons toegelaten de overstap te maken. Ik vind De Bruijn en co een moreel corrupt bedrijf die een slechte service levert voor een te hoog bedrag. Ik raad iedereen af met hen samen te werken. We werken nu samen met een bedrijf dat voor minder dan de helft van de prijs een betere dienst levert..

In my opinion, De Bruijn & Co costs too much for what they deliver. In addition, they have made too many mistakes with us, which is why we left them. Just before we wanted to stop using their service, she sent a new terms and conditions that we explicitly disagreed with. Still, she wanted us to adhere to these terms and conditions. The difference was a few months notice period, or (under their new terms and conditions) finishing the whole year, which would result in us having to use their service for more than half a year. Of course we did not agree to this, as we had never agreed to these terms and conditions. They refused to cooperate in the transmission of information to our new auditors. She wanted us to finish the whole year (from June to December). After sending dozens of e-mails, experiencing a lot of stress and having paid high invoices, they finally allowed us to make the switch after a few months. I think De Bruijn and co are a morally corrupt company that provides poor service for too high an amount. I do not recommend anyone working with them. We are now partnering with a company that provides a better service for less than half the price.
