HIGHLY PRICED PRODUCT FOR A VERY LOW SERVICE This spring I discovered that our €2200 Giquadro CrossOver 110 was defect, to be precise the metal basin somehow was hanging loose from under the composite stone top. This only after 1 year after purchase! I contacted the factory, DB Design BV, directly. They replied to me very soon and explained it's a common problem with this model because of how the 2 materials are joined together, luckily they had the same model in stock. If I could only tell when and where I bought the basin. After it took them 1!!! month (Apparently they only have 1 person to handle bad news at their client service desk and surprisingly she was on holiday for several weeks) The best they could, and I'm not kidding, is to send me a pdf with instructions as to how I could take apart and repair the basin myself, with some silicone kit. RIDICULOUS!! No single guarantee, no service and not even an apology. To top it all not even a pot of glue. Which is like sticking the finger up to your clients....well then here's mine! THANK YOU ZEER HOGE PRIJS VOOR EEN LAGE SERVICE Dit voorjaar ontdekte ik dat onze € 2200 Giquadro CrossOver 110 defect was, om precies te zijn dat de metalen basin op de een of andere manier losliet van onder de composiet stenen blad. Dit al 1 jaar na aankoop! Ik heb rechtstreeks contact opgenomen met de fabriek, DB Design BV. Ze antwoordden heel snel en legden uit dat het een veel voorkomend probleem is met dit model, vanwege de manier waarop de twee materialen met elkaar zijn verbonden, gelukkig hadden ze hetzelfde model nog op voorraad. Als ik kon zeggen wanneer en waar ik de wastafel had gekocht. Waarna het hen 1 maand duurde voor een reactie !!! (Blijkbaar hebben ze maar 1 persoon om slecht nieuws te behandelen bij hun klantenservice en verrassend genoeg was ze een aantal weken op vakantie) Het beste wat ze konden, en ik maak geen grapje, is mij een pdf te sturen met instructies over hoe Ik kon de wastafel zelf uit elkaar halen en te repareren, met wat siliconenkit. BELACHELIJK!! Geen enkele garantie, geen excuses, helemaal geen service. En om het af te maken kreeg ik niet eens een pot lijm. Dat is hetzelfde als je middelvinger opsteken naar de klant .... nou dan is hier de mijne! BEDANKT!

They responded very quickly and explained that it is a common problem with this model, because of the way the two materials are connected to each other, luckily they still had the same model in stock. If I could tell when and where I had bought the sink. After which it took them 1 month for a response !!! (Apparently they only have 1 person to handle bad news with their customer service and surprisingly she was on vacation for a few weeks) The best they could do, and I'm not kidding, is to send me a pdf with instructions on how I could take the sink apart and repair it with some silicone. Ridiculous !! No guarantee, no apologies, no service at all. And to top it off, I didn't even get a jar of glue. That is the same as raising your middle finger to the customer .... well then here is mine! THANKS!
