Ik kon snel terecht en hoefde niet te wachten bij de afspraak.
 Take extensive time for you, friendly doctor and assistants.
I was able to get in quickly and didn't have to wait for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positief: kon erg snel terecht voor een echo en foto op 1 dezelfde dag.
Negatief: uitslag echo door radioloog bleek achteraf niet de juiste diagnose helaas.
Positive: was able to go very quickly for an ultrasound and photo on the same day.
Negative: results of ultrasound by radiologist turned out not to be the correct diagnosis, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag bij W.G Wassenaar geweest voor een echo.
Ik ben nog nooit zo slecht geholpen. Terwijl ik op de tafel aan het wachten was op de “arts” hoorde ik ze lachend praten over privé dingen. Na 5 minuten kwam hij zonder zich überhaupt voor te stellen binnen en deed net alsof ik gek was dat ik een echo liet maken. Na 2 minuten was hij klaar en was het “je krijgt de uitslag vanzelf binnen doei” en hij liep zo weg terwijl ik er nog lag. Zijn collega kwam binnen en het was gelijk ja pak je jas maar en fijne avond en gooide zo de deur achter mij dicht. Ik vind dit voor een DC Kliniek ongelofelijk onprofessioneel aangezien er ook meer medewerkers door de hele gang hun vrijmibo plannen aan het bespreken waren. Als je een echo wilt laten maken zou ik persoonlijk naar iemand anders gaan of een andere kliniek of ziekenhuis.
Ik ga hier in ieder geval nooit meer heen.
Went to W.G Wassenaar today for an ultrasound.
I've never been helped so badly. While I was waiting on the table for the “doctor” I heard them laughing about private things. After 5 minutes he came in without even introducing himself and pretended I was crazy for an ultrasound. After 2 minutes he was ready and it was "you will get the results automatically bye" and he walked away while I was still there. His colleague came in and it was the same yes, grab your coat and have a nice evening and closed the door behind me. I find this incredibly unprofessional for a DC Clinic as there were also more employees throughout the hallway discussing their Friday afternoon plans. If you want to have an ultrasound I would personally go to someone else or another clinic or hospital.
In any case, I will never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak gemaakt via huisarts en telefonisch bevestigd met DC. Kom ik daar staat de afspraak niet in hun systeem. Ze konden zien dat het bij hun is mis gegaan en hebben me na een uur wachten uiteindelijk geholpen. Echo duurde maar enkele minuten.
Vandaag met een spoedvraag direct langs gegaan zonder afspraak. Helaas geen bereidwilligheid om iets voor me te doen. Daardoor helaas door naar de spoedeisende hulp vh ziekenhuis.
Echt teleurstellend!
Appointment made via GP and confirmed by telephone with DC. When I get there, the appointment is not in their system. They could see that something went wrong with them and finally helped me after an hour of waiting. Echo only lasted a few minutes.
Went in today with an urgent question without an appointment. Unfortunately no willingness to do anything for me. As a result, unfortunately, on to the emergency room of the hospital.
Really disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suffered from a lower back herniated disc and I had to make a MRI scan and check it up at a neurologist here. The neurologist and the rest of the staff are quite friendly and proficient so I'm very thankful for them and their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dermatology unit very helpful and friendly and professional. While I would allocate 1 star to the bloodtest service. Appt times are never kept. Always 15 to 20 minutes delays while it's very early in the morning. In the middle of corona, I don't feel comfortable waiting around in an increasingly busy line of delayed people. I'm on time, then I hope to be taken care of on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional! They did their best to assist me and make me feel comfortable for my MRI. The result was ready soon. Their technical support for the result and online login is provided in English, French and Dutch! All the hygienic codes for corona were observed! Really happy with my experience there. When I needed the results, I could easily go and pick up my CD at the center after having filled the formulier online. They will also send it to other locations by their formulier which is great. They also gladly answer their emails! Thank you team!
