★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben zeer ontevreden over de service! Voor de bezichtiging had ik een aantal vragen. De antwoorden hiervan waren zeer belangrijk om te kijken of de woning geschikt voor mij is. Ik kreeg hierop zeer korte, onvolledige antwoorden. Hierdoor moest ik steeds blijven doorvragen. Daarnaast zou ik onterecht bemiddelingskosten moeten betalen, als ik de woning zou kiezen. Uiteindelijk werd ik als geïnteresseerde buitenspel gezet zonder reden en werden mijn vragen niet beantwoord. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n slechte service gehad van een makelaar, ik raad deze makelaar daarom ook absoluut niet aan!
 I am very dissatisfied with the service! I had a number of questions for the viewing. The answers to this were very important to see if the property is suitable for me. I received very brief, incomplete answers to this. Because of this I had to keep asking questions. In addition, I would wrongly have to pay brokerage costs if I were to choose the house. In the end, as an interested person, I was sidelined for no reason and my questions were not answered. I have never had such a bad service from a broker, I definitely do not recommend this broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niets dan lof voor de service van dit kantoor. Gerrina van de Lagemaat heeft vanaf het begin letterlijk 24/7 voor me klaargestaan, om mij te helpen met al mijn vragen. Doordat ze mij zo transparant, eerlijk en sympathiek te woord heeft gestaan heb ik het totale proces als zeer bijzonder ervaren. Ik wens DdeG, en Gerrina in het bijzonder, het beste.
Nothing but praise for the service from this office. Gerrina van de Lagemaat has been there for me literally 24/7 from the start, to help me with all my questions. Because she spoke to me so transparently, honestly and sympathetically, I experienced the entire process as very special. I wish DdeG, and Gerrina in particular, the best.
