Sinds een half jaar is er ook een nieuwe manager Operations & IT die zorgt voor een wave aan vernieuwing in de technologie die DDJ gebruikt. Men werkt snoeihard aan nieuwe oplossingen en denkt er ook serieus over na. Klachten, maar ook complimenten worden er (ook als de hoorn op de telefoon ligt) serieus behandeld. Kortom, een hardwerkend bedrijf met visie op de toekomst, vooral als het gaat om de ontwikkeling van nieuwe apparatuur. Dit bedrijf is bezig aan een grote opmars met grote, landelijke en internationale klanten in de portefeuille. Heb je van dit bedrijf dus een aanbod gekregen, aarzel dan niet, maar get on board! People work hard on new solutions and also think about it seriously. Complaints, but also compliments are treated seriously (even if the telephone is on the phone). Helaas hielden ze ons aan ons contract waardoor we 1 jaar met dit systeem en Eazis ernaast moeten werken. Advies! Neem het niet. Weinig muziek, wordt niet automatische ge-update. DRAMA We have used this program in our pub and canceled z.s.m. Unfortunately they kept us to our contract, which means we have to work with this system and Eazis next to it for 1 year. Advice! Don't take it. Little music, not automatically updated. DRAMA

Staat je liedje er niet in? Dan kan je zoeken in hun database en als laatste optie, kan je zelf nummers invoegen via een cd-rom (externe cd-drive). Ook hebben ze bij ons het geluidsapparatuur opgehangen. Ook dit is netjes gebeurd. En als er problemen zijn, kunnen we ze altijd bellen en als het moet via teamviewer meekijken op het scherm, erg handig dus! Wij hebben dit systeem al meerdere jaren in meerdere zalen. We have good experiences with this company. We have both their music system (which does indeed automatically update every month). Is your song not in there? Then you can search in their database and as a last option, you can insert songs yourself via a CD-ROM (external CD drive). They also installed the sound equipment with us. This also happened nicely. And if there are problems, we can always call them and, if necessary, watch the screen via team viewer, which is very handy! We have had this system in several rooms for several years.
P	Peter Lubbering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ongelofelijk slecht bedrijf is dit! ten eerst smeren ze een abonnement aan per 4 weken en niet per maand, daarna moet je nog eens service kosten betalen elke maand en als er iets is krijg je voor alsnog een dikke rekening toegestuurd. Helft van de gevraagde muziek is niet aanwezig en voegen ze niet toe. ... Of ik moet het zelf naar hun opsturen (ik neem een muziekleverancier zodat jullie het hebben en niet dat ik het zelf moet downloaden en versturen!) is dit trouwens uberhoud wel legaal @brein, @bumastemra? Vertel je ze dat je ervan af wilt krijg je te horen dat je contact net stilzwijgend verlengd is met een jaar. Nog nooit zulke oplichters meegemaakt! Diep triest! Ik ga maar lekker naar spotify zodra ik van hun afben. tien euro per maand, alle muziek en geen teleurstellingen. What an incredibly bad company this is! Firstly, they apply for a subscription every 4 weeks and not per month, then you have to pay another service fee each month and if there is anything you will receive a large bill for you. Half of the requested music is not present and does not add it. ... Or I have to send it to them myself (I take a music supplier so that you have it and not that I have to download and send it myself!) Is this by the way uberhoud legal @brein, @bumastemra? If you tell them that you want to get rid of it, you will be told that your contact has just been tacitly extended by one year. Never seen such scammers! Very sad! I just go to spotify as soon as I get rid of them. ten euros a month, all music and no disappointments.
