Dezelfde dag dat ik in paniek contact opnam, kreeg ik meteen goede tips van Alwin (eigenaar). Zoals STEKKER UIT JE NAS TREKKEN (tip: ga vooral niet eerst van alles doen, zoals ik heb gedaan, dat is helemaal niet handig). Aangezien ik dus al heel wat had aangericht, nam Alwin echt de tijd voor me om door te nemen wat er precies aan de hand was. Dat (manier van oprechte aandacht en communicatie) was heel fijn En wat ik ook fijn vind, is het no cure-no pay concept. Want ik voelde me echt paniekerig, niet alleen van wat ik had aangericht (bestanden krijt) maar ook dat dit heel veel geld kon gaan kosten. Daarover voelde ik me heel erg schuldig. Andere bedrijven die ik benaderd had, werkten met allemaal hoge voorwerkbedragen (dan wist je nog niet of er een oplossing in zat maar was je wél zeker van de kosten.). DD Recovery is echt heel netjes hierin. Dat is een extreem lange positieve review mij zeker waard! I am so happy with the sincere help I received from DD Recovery. The same day I contacted in a panic, I immediately received good tips from Alwin (owner). Such as UNPLUGING THE PLUG FROM YOUR NAS (tip: don't do everything first, like I did, that's not at all convenient). Since I had already done a lot, Alwin really took the time for me to go through what exactly was going on. That (way of sincere attention and communication) was very nice. And what I also like is the no cure-no pay concept. Because I felt really panicky, not only because of what I had done (chalk files) but also that this could cost a lot of money. I felt very guilty about that. Other companies that I approached all worked with high preliminary amounts (you didn't know if there was a solution, but you were sure of the costs.). DD Recovery is really neat in this. An extremely long positive review is definitely worth it!

Ik kreeg advies hoe mijn schrijf weer te benaderen met het aanschaffen van hele simpele software. Eigenlijk ben is dus vrijblijvend geholpen. Hele aangename ervaring. Very pleasant contact. My hard drive was no longer recognized due to a Mac upgrade. The solution was discussed over the phone. I was given advice on how to approach my writing again with the purchase of very simple software. In fact, I was helped without obligation. Very pleasant experience.
