★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De dame van De Aanvullende Makelaar is bij ons begonnen om het huis eerst eens flink leger te maken, zodat je de ruimte kon zien. Daarna heeft ze kleuraccenten aangebracht. Het effect was zodanig, dat we hebben besloten om het huis van de markt te halen en weer voor een hogere prijs aan te bieden. Er was te veel belangstelling en er werd wel overboden, maar dan is er toch nog een grens. Voor het hogere bedrag werd het huis ook snel verkocht, flink hoger dan onze makelaar had ingeschat. We hadden de markt mee, maar de presentatie van het huis zal zeker geholpen hebben.
