A	Annelies Schrijver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze achterdeur gaat niet meer open. Dat is geen spoed. Ik moet wachten tot ik gebeld wordt door een aannemer (dat gebeurt niet). Vervolgens bel ik zelf en dan wordt ik doorgezet naar een onderaannemer die mij verteld dat ik eind oktober aan de beurt ben. Dat betekent dus 4 weken omlopen om in mijn tuin te kunnen. Als je de kans hebt om bij een andere instantie te huren dan zou ik dat zeker doen want dit is geen service, dit is volstrekt onacceptabel. Overigens wordt er op je klacht ook niet gereageerd en ze hebben dan nog wel de durf om een survey te sturen om te vragen hoe je de dienstverlening hebt ervaren. Nou die ervaring zal ik delen hier: onder de maat en onacceptabel! Our back door won't open anymore. That is not an emergency. I have to wait to get a call from a contractor (it won't). Then I call myself and then I am forwarded to a subcontractor who tells me that it will be my turn at the end of October. That means walking around 4 weeks to get into my garden. If you have the chance to rent from another agency I would certainly do that because this is not a service, this is completely unacceptable. Incidentally, there will be no response to your complaint and they still have the courage to send a survey to ask how you experienced the service. Well, I'll share that experience here: below par and unacceptable!

En geen enkele reactie op alle slechte reviews. IK zou mij schamen als zijnde zo'n grote organisatie. is er nou niemand binnen dit bedrijf die denkt.. dit kan niet. Hier moet wat aan gedaan worden? Difficult to reach by phone, unable to respond adequately to complaints. Young people in call center poorly informed/trained. And no response to all the bad reviews. I would be ashamed of being such a big organization. is there no one within this company who thinks .. this is not possible. What should be done about this?

Als je belverzoek/reparatieverzoek doet krijg je niets... Even 1 star is too much for this poor housing association. Don't do anything you ask them. Don't keep appointments. If you make a call request/repair request, you get nothing...

Wat je ook belt met de Alliantie, het maakt niet uit, wordt van kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Beloftes om terug te bellen worden ook niet nagekomen. Kortom er wordt verwacht dat je huur betaald, en dat je dan verder geen toegang hebt, is niet zo belangrijk. De enige mogelijkheid is wachten op iemand anders in de hal en dan meelopen. Ontzettend slecht voor zn huurders, drama !! My 2 drops, access building, are suddenly out of action from Monday. Waardeloze woningbouwvereniging die met nog waardeloze onderaannemers werkt. Mijn badkamer kan niet geschilderd worden, omdat de planner ziek is, en ze niet langs kunnen komen. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf Je moet een ster invullen, maar deze woningbouwvereniging is geen ster waard. Maar het blijft volgens deze woningbouwvereniging mijn probleem. Er is al zelfs brand geweest maar het maakt niks uit. Als zij maar optijd hen geld kreigen. Het hele systeem is erop ingericht je van het kastje nasr de muur te sturen als er problemen of vragen ze jn die hun niet uitkomen. difficult to reach, poor maintenance, poor communication.
