Wij houden van eerlijke producten. Rogge, meel, water en bloem zijn de vier ingredieΜnten van het moederdeeg van onze desembroden. Dus geen gist, geen e-nummers of anders kunstmatig spul. We laten de broden rijzen op houten planken en bakken ze op een stenen vloer. Dat zorgt voor een krokante korst die barst van de smaak.

Tip.Als je desem aan de droge kant is (zonder conserveerzooi gebeurt dat nu eenmaal eerder), kun je even oppiepen in de oven. Maar meestal is het brood voor die tijd al op ;-)

β β β β β Quite unpolite. Asked about bread baguette and she said she is out without giving any other options, then not giving any attention to me. Had to talk and talk in order to get answers from her... maybe she doesn't like expats but since is my neighbourhood bakery I feel dissapointed with the service since everyone else had such great experiences.

Well, in Amsterdam Oost for sure)
The bakery itself is very tasty and freshly baked, they offer a big variety of breads ? and buns and croissants ? and kaasbroodjes and sandwiches and sweet cakes ?.
They start really early so you can start your day with a nice freshly baked croissant and a cup of coffee or juice (you can get it there as well)
