Super service...foto was niet correct ge upload werd er heel netjes over gebeld en diezelfde dag is het geregeld en de ballon verstuurd...erg leuk geworden hele TOP

De Ballonnerie geeft aan op de website dat ze de A-merk 'Qualatex' ballonnen verkopen. Ik heb in totaal 20 Qualatex ballonnen gekocht in Chrome, maar al gauw na ontvangst ontdekte ik dat de kwaliteit van de ballonnen niet overeenkomt met de 'originele' Qualatex ballonnen. Enkele ballonnen waren gescheurd, verkleurd of hadden verfdruppels (Zie 2 foto's) Verspil niet je geld en koop jouw ballonnen via Aliexpress of Ebay, want ik vermoed dat dit bedrijf precies hetzelfde doet. Reactie op de eigenaar: Beste eigenaar van De Ballonnerie, Ik heb de foto”s nogmaals gestuurd. Rechtsboven tref je een gescheurde ‘rosé kleurig’ ballon aan. Daarnaast zie je de verkleuringen en verfdruppels zeer duidelijk. Ik heb 1 ballon opgeblazen om te testen of de kleur goed uitkomt, maar het blijkt dat de ballon aan de scheve kant uitrekt. Waardoor je niet een mooi rond/peervormig ballon krijgt. Daarnaast wijkt de kleur af in vergelijking met de goudkleurige en rosekleurige Chrome ballonnen die gepubliceerd staan op de Qualatex website/Instagram.

Ballon besteld bij de Ballonnerie. Op de website staat dat de ballon op dezelfde dag wordt verzonden. Helaas is door problemen bij de bezorgdienst de ballon 3 dagen later bezorgd. Klantenservice van Ballonnerie heeft contact met mij opgenomen en het is netjes afgehandeld.

Net contact gehad over mijn bestelling huis en bezorg adres stond op hetzelfde namelijk mij als afzender. Gls laat wel wat steken vallen maar daar kan dit bedrijf niks aan doen, sterker nog de dame aan de lijn zit zelfs te bekijken als iemand nog thuis geweest om het nogmaals aan te bieden. Als de ballon er vandaag niet is krijg ik een andere bezorgd op het juiste adres. Ik begrijp dan ook niks van de slechte recensies. Lijken wel misgunners of iets ik ben super vriendelijk geholpen.

Prachtig & uitgebreid assortiment, supersnelle levering en ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers! Vandaag een beterschapsballon laten bezorgen bij mijn Oom die blij verrast was. Leveringsadres kon ik zelfs nog een dag van tevoren aanpassen. Voortaan bestel ik hier mijn ballonnen :)

Ordered a 'confetti' balloon for a bday surprise and its turned up with just dots on it. Not confetti inside. This is very misleading.

Terrible customer service. Not willing to accept they have sold a defect product. The product is an Helium tank with a defect valve. Unfortunately I couldn’t use it because the valve was stuck and did not open. Honestly through. I did not want to use a tool as I did not know the consequences and wanted to avoid a dangerous situation in my home. luckily I was able to get new Helium tank at another shop so this did not affect our venue. Once returned, just a day or two after I had purchased it, some way or other the valve went open but extremely heavy which was already a resemblance of a problem with the valve. The gentlemen told they sometimes use a wrench to open them!!!!!!!!!! Funny right. This cannot be expected from a customer to know and to use, which is to me very logic. Unfortunately in this case I had no prove that I absolutely did not use the tank. So it was my word against the gentleman’s word. The unprofessionalism of the shop is there that the gentleman and also the lady who had helped me at the day of purchase, kept telling that they can’t sell it to another customer, when they accept to take it back, as they do not know how much is used from the tank. In the first place they are right, but when an experienced person tries to open a valve and it goes extremely heavy which is already unusual, one must not want to sell this defect product to another customer. Instead the product has to be returned and discussed with the manufacturer. Unfortunately in this case I had the bad luck that the valve although extremely heavily did open at the shop, but nevertheless I was expecting a more professional service from a so called professional shop. The funny is that I got two Helium tanks from another discounter shop, half the price of this shop, the valve worked perfectly, and since I had not used them both I returned one tank a day later without any discussion. My advice to Ballonneri, do not try to be arrogant towards your customer, instead listen to their advice and opinion and if there is an issue, try to give feedback to manufacturer instead of protecting them. Many great products are partially a result of FREE customer feedbacks they receive.
