We are renting our apartment in Amsterdam already for over 3 years and since day one the BeheerCompagnie has been professional and very reliable in all arrangements and communication between us and our tenants, we completely trust their service and advise and never have to deal with any questions of tenants. We have had 4 different tenants in these years and the BC have done all check-ins and check-outs, answered all questions of tenants and if new tenants come with a request (e.g. a new washing machine or curtains) the BC advises us in a fair manner if this is indeed a good investment to make, or if the current stuff is still good enough. They also have a good handyman that can help with small repairs, to help safe cost of hiring professional people. We always recommend this company to friends who plan to rent their apartment since the service is impeccable.
