Best French restaurant in netherlands

I	Irene Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disaster. The restaurant only worth one star and the other one is for the nice long hair waiter who was very friendly. I ordered coquille and shrimp as starter - the material is not even fresh! The shrimp is chewy and coquille has no flavor. Presentation is terrible (if there is any presentation). They decided to put puffy pastry in it, which does not make any sense! The main dish is mushroom gnocchi which is even worse. There is no mushroom flavor, the mushrooms are not fresh and they only use very cheap mushrooms. The deep fried part on top is so greasy. The only flavor you can taste is spring onion. The manager was rude and did not even ask us if we were finished when he came to collect the plate. Honestly, this is worse than average level of home cooking. The material they use is cheap, not worth the price at all! (Btw, two days later I got a reply from the feedback I gave them, this is their attitude. It is sad that the restaurants have to be closed but it has nothing to do with your terrible food. Don’t blame lockdown for your terrible quality, there are good restaurants that are struggling and I am more than willing to support them)

To sum it up shortly: one of the best meals we had since we remember: great presentation & plateing, and most importantly exquisite taste everything was great and we will surly plan to come back!

I went for the chef’s menu thinking it would have been the usual small portions you get in high end places, right? Could not be more wrong ?. End of story: it’s great food in a great location and staff is competent and reserved. Full 5 stars!

The staff is nice and most importantly, the food is great!! Make sure to save space for dessert because these desserts are the best I have had in a long time!!!! ❤️ Will definitely come back here!!

Zeewolf was cooked on spot to perfection. The dessert selection was the cherry on top. 11/10 and since our office is around the corner will be returning guests.
