β β β β β Ze negeren je emails nadat je ze bewijsstukken stuurt. De best en partners staat ook bij de Nationale Ombudsman bekend als alles behalve integer. Deze deurwaardersbureau zijn zo legaal mogelijk oplichters.
They ignore your emails after you send them evidence. The best and partners are also known to the National Ombudsman as anything but integrity. These bailiffs are as scammers as legal as possible.

β β β β β De Best en Partners zijn echte "criminelen". Zij overtreden bewust de wet, om pressie te kunnen leggen op de schuldenaar. Daarbij schromen zij niet om te dreigen, manipuleren en te liegen. Zoals bedragen die als loonbeslag zijn ingevorderd, daarvan de afsluiting van het loonbeslag niet te erkennen. En dan alsnog incasso brieven sturen, omdat er niet betaald zou zijn... Ik raad iedereen aan die met de Best en Partners te maken hebben om een financieel adviseur in handen te nemen en een advocaat. Zo heb ik ook de Best en Partners tot het punt gekregen dat hetgeen wat ze teveel hebben gevorderd en niet WOUDEN terug te betalen, via een advocaat en de rechter en de bond van advocatuur en incasso, toch terug gekregen... De Best en Partners willen de schuldenaar tot het bot financieel uitkleden, en dat doen zij moedwillig en bewust.. Daar krijgen zij ook van hogerhand opdracht voor

β β β β β Oplichters op het hoogsts niveau. Je krijgt eerst een brief binnen waarin METEEN word gedreigd met het verzoek tot betalen binnen 2 dagen... dat is al ten 1ste absurd. Vervolgens bel je netjes binnen die 2 dagen; komen ze met bijkomende kosten van circa 7 a 8 euro. Eerst geeft mevrouw aan "ja dat is rente" ik geef aan hoe kan dat al zo snel ik heb de brief pas net binnen. " oohh... ja nee dat is om te verifieren waar je woont, je inkomsten te bepalen, dat is wat er allemaal uitgezocht moest worden " Dus je kan wel al een brief naar me adres sturen met al mijn gegevens maaarrrrr.... we verhogen het bedrag wat je eigenlijk zws niet kon betalen wel even met 7 a 8 euro want we moesten weten wat je inkomen was. ????
Echt een absurd bedrijf.

" oohh... yes no that's to verify where you live, to determine your income, that's what had to be sorted out " So you can already send a letter to my address with all my details but.... we increase the amount that you could not actually pay by 7 to 8 euros because we had to know what your income was. ????
Truly an absurd company.
