I purchased a pair of Chameau boots for a present (wrapped as such); to my dismay, when the present was opened we found this shop and its owner Karin had provided and wrapped as present a pair of USED boots, with clear signs of wear and having been badly cleaned to disguise and resell. If that would not be enough, the packaging had also been manipulated (not original packaging) and the boots came in an damaged used box… When I contacted the store about this, they were aware and not surprised, and did not even apologize... Please see photos below and avoid this store.
