★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben vanaf eind februari bezig en echt blij met het behaalde resultaat. Altijd weer een uitdagende training. Michael is echt altijd netje op tijd, en dat om 7 uur in de ochtend. Zorgt voor genoeg variatie en uitdaging. Weet mij altijd te motiveren en te pushen. Gezellig en leuk. En heeft echt 'kennis van zaken' en is altijd opzoek naar net even de andere manier. Een aanrader!
I'm busy from the end of February and really happy with the result. Always a challenging training. Michael is really always on time, and that at 7 o'clock in the morning. Provides enough variety and challenge. Always know how to motivate and push me. Cozy and fun. And really has 'knowledge of the matter' and is always looking for just the other way. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben Anderhalf jaar met Micheal aan de bak gegaan vond het sporten voor die tijd niks aan ,maar al snel kreeg ik de smaak te pakken erg leuk om uitleg te krijgen van alle apparaten en dat je 1 uur lang goed bezig bent . inmiddels ook door de voeding en het sporten een aantal kilo's lichter super bedankt..
I worked with Micheal for a year and a half and didn't like sports before that time, but soon I got the taste for it to get an explanation of all the devices and that you are doing well for 1 hour. now also thanks to the diet and exercise a few kilos lighter super thanks ..
