★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na er overdag koffie gedronken te hebben 's avonds gedineerd. Zeer gezellig restaurant met uitstekende kwaliteit tegen zeer acceptabele prijzen. Als we weer in Drenthe zijn komen we zeker terug. Het omrijden waard.
 After having coffee during the day, had dinner there in the evening. Very cozy restaurant with excellent quality at very acceptable prices. If we are in Drenthe again we will definitely come back. Worth the detour.

Zeer leuk dorp, ze bieden lekkere mogelijkheden voor te eten. Ook voor gezin met kinderen.
Enige minpuntje was het zetelbed voor de kinderen. Dat lag zeer hard.
Very pleasant hotel, old and rustic but with all the comforts.
Very nice village, they offer nice options for food. Also for families with children.
Only downside was the sofa bed for the children. That was very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi terras, vriendelijke medewerkers. Lekker (eigen) bier, maar ook de koffie met appelgebak smaakt prima.
Nice terrace, friendly employees. Tasty (own) beer, but the coffee with apple pie also tastes great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is other reason why you need to visit more than just Amsterdam when you come to the Netherlands. Just a fantastic location with warm Dutch service sitting amongst the locals. Love it!
