This is a fraud company, they are not open 24*7 and fooling people. Their door can never open after office hours. Lost my very costly package here. Please do not waste your time and money on this one. Super fraudulent company. Stay away!!

It is difficult to find. There is no logo of 'DeBuren' pickup center nor house number '223' on the building. It shares the same building and entrance with 'Brockhoff Makelaars'. When you find 'Brockhoff Makelaars', you find it. Parking is not free btw.

went there three times, twice it was open, but today (Saturday 15:00) it was not open and there was no way for me to open the door, I waited outside for a few minutes maybe someone would come and open it but there wasn't any, it was too cold so I left, the self service is convenient but having a door that can't be opened really sucks.

Avoid this parcel point at all costs. It is behind a door from a local office that is sometimes closed. There is no way to open the door; DeBuren cannot help you by phone, and DHL also cannot pick up or deliver parcels. I have had multiple deliveries go wrong here. Avoid!

I understand some of the confusion in the other reviews, but once you know what to do it was very easy. It is open 24/7. Go to the front door of the β€œBrockhof makelaars” (main entrance). Click on the link in your email and the door will unlock to let you in. Then you use the automated machine to collect your package.

Horrible pickup point. Avoid at all costs. De Buren is supposed to send you a code with which to open the locker, via email and text. I have not received this code. Therefore I tried calling them repeatedly, with waiting times of 10 minutes to 30 minutes per call. All they keep on telling me is that they are resending the pickup code, but I'm not receiving anything. They can't read me what my code is over the phone apparently. This process is overly complicated, flawed and tainted with poor customer service. Avoid. Update: One day later, I still have not received a code to retrieve my package from a locker. I have contacted the courier service and the sender with no luck. When contacting Du Buren once more, they, in short, told me there is nothing they can do. Again: avoid using this service.
