 Already called 3 times for a simple request to report the water level. Real estate agents are busy .. Especially with themselves apparently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay far away from this company. They are unprofessional, didnt even provide the checkout report after we left the apartment. They came over and took bunch of pictures and checked everything and promised to send the checkout report within a week. It has been 2 months and we never received it.
In addition they are rude and unprofessional while communicating with their stakeholders. At one phone conversation, someone from this company simply started hurling abuses at me telling me how I should be ashamed of myself for not cleanjng the house. I repeatedly tried to explain that we have not checked out of the house and we are in possession of it, before we hand over the keys, we will clean it. He went on a rant and kept telling me the same thing repeatedly. Extremely unprofessional company.
