★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik snap de negatieve recensies niet..ik word altijd goed geholpen en ik vind het een fijne winkel met klantvriendelijk personeel die weten waar ze het over hebben. Altijd gezellig de lieve hondjes erbij waar mijn dochter helemaal verliefd op is. Al met al vind ik het een fijn zaak waar je goed terecht kan voor al je dieren!
I do not understand the negative reviews .. I am always helped well and I think it is a nice store with friendly staff who know what they are talking about. Always the sweet dogs there that my daughter is completely in love with. All in all I think it's a nice place where you can go for all your animals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verkoper heeft het drukker met telefoneren en kletsen dan met klanten helpen. Wij kwamen daar voor een hondenkussen maar niks is geprijsd en de verkoper had het te druk om ons even te helpen....tja kletsen is belangrijker dan klanten.
The salesman is busier with telephoning and talking than helping customers. We came there for a dog cushion but nothing is priced and the seller was too busy to help us .... well talking is more important than customers.

They are friendly but tis a filthy mess in the shop and groomer. Time for a thorough cleaning!
