Als je er voor staat denk je; Hebben ze hier met jeeps doorheen gereden tijdens de Slag om Arnhem? Het bosgebied ten zuiden van het spoor en ten westen van de A50 is een relatief klein wandelgebied. Historical landmark for someone interested in World War II. When you stand for it you think; Did they drive through this in jeeps during the Battle of Arnhem? The forest area south of the railway and west of the A50 is a relatively small walking area.
J	Jesse de Groot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog reden hier jeeps door dit tunneltje. Aanrader voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in geschiedenis en/of Tweede Wereldoorlog. Houd er rekening mee dat dit tunneltje erg laag is. Aan de andere kant is er een mooi heideveld te zien. Deze locatie is prima te bereiken per openbaar vervoer (vanaf station Wolfheze is het 10 min. lopen) During the Second World War, jeeps drove through this tunnel. Recommended for anyone interested in history and/or World War II. Keep in mind that this tunnel is very low. On the other side there is a beautiful moorland. This location is easily accessible by public transport (from Wolfheze station it is a 10-minute walk)
M	Marco Roosink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante plek uit de 2e wereldoorlog. Door de knieën kruipend is het een stevige onderneming om erdoor heen te gaan. Spannend en leuk ook voor de kinderen. De duiker gaat onder het treinspoor door Interesting place from the 2nd world war. Crawling through the knees it's a tough undertaking to go through. Exciting and fun for the kids too. The diver goes under the train track
