w	wouter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na aanvankelijk zeer positief te zijn geweest over deze organisatie, en met name over de adviseur A.J Bosboom, kan ik nu twee jaar nadat ik via deze organisatie mijn hypotheek heb afgesloten, alleen nog negatief berichten. Zowel JFTA, DFA, A.J. Bosboom en de heer Lodezon beloven van alles, maar doen helemaal niets, op het moment dat blijkt dat ze in het verleden fouten hebben gemaakt. Ze beloven van alles, maar doen vervolgens helemaal niets. De provisie was tenslotte al lang en breed binnen! Hoe aardig A.J. Bosboom en L. Lodezon aanvankelijk ook overkomen, het gaat hen alleen om her geld! After initially very positive about this organization, and especially about the adviser A.J Bosboom, I can now only report negatively two years after I have taken out my mortgage via this organization. Both JFTA, DFA, A.J. Bosboom and Mr. Lodezon promise everything, but do nothing at all, when it appears that they have made mistakes in the past. They promise everything, but then do nothing at all. The provision was finally long and wide inside! How nice A.J. Bosboom and L. Lodezon also happen to them at first, they only care about the money!

Ondanks dat de bank niet heel veel vertrouwen in mijn kredietwaardigheid had, hebben ze ontzettend veel werk verzet om ervoor te zorgen dat ik mijn gewenste huis toch kon kopen en met succes! Daarbij heb ik achteraf ook nog hulp gekregen bij het invullen van mijn belastingaangifte voor een maximale teruggave. DFA beveel ik dan ook iedereen aan! Erik en Janine zijn echte vakmensen die uitgebreid de tijd voor je nemen en je, als het even spannend is, weten te geruststellen. Ik had zelf niet goed door hoe lastig banken zijn tegenwoordig, maar Erik Verberg heeft mij erg goed geholpen en op onconventionele (vaak via whatsapp) en creatieve manier mij toch vlot aan een prima hypotheek deal geholpen. Sterk werk dus! I was in a difficult and financially complex situation shortly after a divorce and with a BV, but I still wanted to buy a house quickly. I myself did not understand how difficult banks are nowadays, but Erik Verberg has helped me very well and in an unconventional (often via whatsapp) and creative way I easily helped me with a great mortgage deal. So strong work!

Ik werd steeds op de hoogte gehouden van de voortgang van mijn aanvraag en op al mijn vragen kreeg ik snel én uitgebreid reactie. Ook de laagdrempelige manier van werken sprak mij erg aan. Het digitaal aan kunnen leveren van stukken is ideaal net als het feit dat het contact via vele kanalen mogelijk is. Zelfs via WhatsApp! Daar komt nog bij dat afspraken ook buiten kantooruren gepland kunnen worden, de klant is dus echt koning.
