★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens de expositie 'Tiergarten' in Alkmaar zag ik voor het eerst werk van Bethany de Forest.
Zij creëert eigen wereldjes door gebruik te maken van een hele specifieke wijze van fotograferen.
Er zit duidelijk ontwikkeling in haar werk, maar de signatuur is van meet af aan duidelijk aanwezig.
Ik hoop dat er een tweede boek komt met wat recenter werk. Je waant je Alice in Wonderland.
 During the exhibition 'Tiergarten' in Alkmaar I saw work by Bethany de Forest for the first time.
She creates her own little worlds by using a very specific way of photographing.
There is clearly development in her work, but the signature is clearly present from the start.
I hope there will be a second book with some more recent work. You imagine yourself Alice in Wonderland.
