Een super mooi flatgebouw dat uit kijkt over het winkelcentrum "de Bogaart" hele mooie apartementen ( erg duur)

Voormalig kantoorpand omgebouwd naar appartementen, het gebouw zit vast aan het winkelcentrum en is dus bijna vanuit je huis je boodschappen doen. Je moet alleen even naar beneden maar dan om de hoek beginnen de winkels

The climate control system from KlimaatGarant is not able to cool down properly, neither does it heat sufficiently during the winter. They don’t care about their garanties, once you signed the contract. They blame it on IBB(the construction builders). Neither do they commit to their own contract in terms of support. Pretty bad for a company that takes roughly 900 euros from your per year! These temperature extremes resulted in a very unpleasant and unhealthy environment. The floor is already showing cracks within 1 year, due to the temperature extremes and the dry air in result. The glass windows damage often, causing a lot of inconvenience when having to be replaced. The walls are some sort of lightweight construction material(gipsplaat), that barely holds any sounds. This also applies to the apartment separation walls. You can hear your neighbours talk in their bedroom and they can hear you in the living room(living room attaches to their bedroom). For that reason you can't attach a TV screen to the wall, it will cause even more disturbance. To me it makes sense that initial investors sold it as fast as possible, they probably knew ;) So be aware before you sign a 1 year contract. It might look nice(it does), but from living perspective it's far from great!

De Generaal is a good looking redevelopment of a rather dull former government building in Rijswijk. Located on the corner of shoppig centre De Bogaard. It is nearing completion and two and three room apartments are currently for rent.
