Er zitten oneffenheden (lees: gaatjes) in de gordijnstof die er niet in horen en dan krijg je te horen van Martijn (eigenaar) dat dat aan ons zelf te wijten is. Ook voor oplossingen zijn ze ineens niet te vinden en duurt het heel voor je een reactie krijgt. Bij de mails over offertes en akkoord geven, kregen we zelfs dezelfde avond laat nog reacties terug. Heel frappant!
The Curtain Barn is not even worth 1 star. There are irregularities (read: holes) in the curtain fabric that do not belong in it and then you will be told by Martijn (owner) that we are to blame. They are also suddenly not available for solutions and it takes a long time before you get a response. With the emails about quotations and approval, we even received responses back late the same evening. Very striking!
