β β β β β I recently locked my own keys within my apartment.
The Hague's Key Maker was incredibly quick to respond (excellent contact via phone and whatsapp) and able to arrange a fast visit (<45mins). He was able to provide a likely range of prices depending on what might be required to gain entry.
Upon arrival he was highly professional, once he had assessed the situation he found a solution and got me access back extremely quickly. He did so without causing any damage to the door or lock which saved me a lot of further expense that I had feared.
Further on providing access he charged me less than the original quoted prices as some work predicated, based on *my* bad explanation of the situation, was unnecessary.
Overall the absolute best service and result that I could hope for in such a situation. The gentlemen was friendly and happily explained anything that he would do in advance.

β β β β β I (unfortunately) called the worst locksmith in The Hague (locksmith24-7.NL) who came and broke my door never coming back to fix it as they promised... (do NEVER use them).
Then I was lucky enough to get a hold of Marcel...
He came and took a look at what they had done: βbad workβ he said, but I can fix it
Marcel fixed it and replaced the lock.
At the same time we had him change our lock on the front door - Marcel noticed that the door was not closing properly and fixed the hinges while he was there anyway!
We had an exceptional good experience with Marcel and will highly recommend him.
He is professional, nice and honest - and his price is very fair!

Marcel impressed us with his responsiveness and quality of his work. He came for inspection and provided his assessment and estimated quotes.
