Communication, Advice, Responsiveness and Aftercare. Specifically one young guy i have to mention his name who was my focal point from start to finish. His good name is Laurens van den Hoek an excellent Removal manager. Very friendly and full of empathy. Thank you Laurens, Thank you De Haan for your total care.

It was truly a door-to-door service - we only needed to provide them with information, they took care of the rest. That made our relocation so much easier. The team are both professional and friendly - a delight to work with!
M	Max Arlestig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Haan ruined an expensive piece of furniture through careless handling and the experience with the mover was very bad. He came alone (!) late at night and made me help carry up the broken furniture, and when he placed the furniture down he damaged my wooden floor. Even though I had paid to have two professional movers take up the furniture to my apartment, he came alone. When I filed a complaint about this De Haan accused me of “insisting” he come early, placing the blame for the rushed and careless handling as well as the fact that only one mover came, on me. They then made no effort to compensate for this incredibly unprofessional mover. The furniture is very costly and difficult to repair, so even though the move was mid November, now almost January and I’m still stuck with a broken, crooked piece of furniture littering my apartment. The money I got back for the damage caused does in no way compensate for the two months (and counting) of hassle I continue to endure trying to repair or replace the furniture. I will never use their services again, and I urge anyone considering them to reconsider.

From the initial contact with the company I was very impressed and this continued throughout the whole process. Great communication, very responsive and helpful. The collection and delivery was very efficient and professional by both teams. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.
