★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele weken geleden heeft een wielborstel van een washal van één van de tank locaties van De Haan Olie in mijn deur geroteerd, met behoorlijke krassen als gevolg. In goed overleg met de heer Kerstens van de Haan zijn we na beoordeling van een schade inspecteur overeengekomen dat we proberen de schade te laten herstellen door een erkend poetsbedrijf. De schade is verholpen en de auto staat er weer als nieuw bij!
Buiten het feit dat ik daar natuurlijk ontzettend blij mee ben, ben ik De Haan en vooral de heer Kerstens ontzettend dankbaar voor het kordaat optreden en vooral de klantvriendelijkheid!
Prima service, meedenkend en enorm klantvriendelijk!
A few weeks ago, a wheel brush from a washing hall of one of the De Haan Olie tank locations rotated in my door, resulting in serious scratches. In consultation with Mr. Kerstens van de Haan, we have agreed, after assessment by a damage inspector, that we will try to have the damage repaired by a recognized cleaning company. The damage has been repaired and the car looks like new again!
Besides the fact that I am of course very happy with that, I am very grateful to De Haan and especially Mr. Kerstens for the resolute action and especially the customer-friendliness!
Excellent service, cooperative thinking and very customer-friendly!
