During check out, a guy named "Wouter" came and he was so rude and impolite, he kept on slamming doors, shouting and kicking stuff which terrorized our one old baby who had to witness all of this. He came in with a problematic attitude and by the end he was kicking us literary out of the apartment, by shouting take your stuff out and leave now!
