β β β β β The houses, marketing and website looks lovely but the service is terrible. I've called this company many times throughout the week and no one picks up, despite me calling during working hours. I wanted to rent a studio for myself at first but then later an apartment with my friend. She also tried calling all the way from Kosovo and no one picked up. If you are an international student or someone coming from outside of the Netherlands to look for a place to stay, I would not recommend De Huisadviseur.

β β β β β I registered myself on rent website(I paid 25β¬ monthy), I send reaction for one house and what I get for answer? I need to REGISTER again and dealer website and pay another 36β¬ for be able to visit that house, ridiculous money hunger. I will look for someone who is acting professional not only want my money for nothing.

β β β β β Excellent service by De Huisadviseur when searching a student apartment in Tilburg. We donβt live in Tilburg so the distance created an extra challenge. RenΓ© from De Huisadviseur organized us the viewings and contract signing very efficiently and smoothly. Very happy with the service!

β β β β β I donβt know why some people labeled them as scammers, but my experience was flawless. I had contacted RenΓ© from the office and from the beginning (showing the house via WhatsApp since I was in another country) till the end (handing over the keys) Iβve never experienced a single problem at all! He answered every question politely and sincerely, and really helped me out figuring the Dutch contracts etc. Definitely recommend!
