★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van idee tot realisatie. Wij kregen de kans om onze huurwoning te kopen! Omdat de overheid ons inmiddels scheefhuurders vond en jaarlijks de huur fors verhoogde, informeerden wij bij de Hypotheekshop in Epe naar onze mogelijkheden. Tim Bijsterbosch berekende op snelle en zeer overzichtelijke wijze onze mogelijkheden. Daarbij werden alle plussen en minnen op een rij gezet. Uiteindelijk konden we net voor de kerst naar de notaris voor de overschrijving van de woning. Resultaat is een flink lagere maandlast in vergelijking met huren. En nu wordt de woning elke maand een stukje meer van ons! De Hypotheekshop wist onze onzekerheid weg te nemen en overtuigde ons dat dit een kans was die we niet mochten laten lopen.  From idea to realization. We had the opportunity to buy our rental property!
