Hoe dit zo kan? De uitgebreide portefeuille en korte lijntjes met contacten helpen natuurlijk, maar vooral de gedrevenheid, grote schakelkracht en de uitdaging om minder makkelijke gevallen tóch aan een hypotheek te kunnen helpen, zijn het grootste goed. Wij hebben Maxim als een eerlijk en 'to the point' persoon ervaren, die voor ons gevoel tot het uiterste wil gaan, wat mij ook aanzet tot snel handelen en schakelen. Ook zeer prettig dat wij altijd bij hem terecht konden met vragen en daar zeer snel reactie op terug kregen.

How is this possible? The extensive portfolio and short lines of contact help, of course, but the enthusiasm, great switching power and the challenge to help less comfortable cases with a mortgage are the greatest good. We have experienced Maxim as an honest and 'to the point' person who, in our opinion, wants to go to the extreme, which also encourages me to act and switch quickly. Also very nice that we could always contact him with questions and received a very quick response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel goed, duidelijk en onafhankelijk advies. John van Overloop heeft veel kennis, handelt zeer snel en persoonlijk. Echt een aanrader! Wij kwamen vanuit Den Haag graag naar Leiden voor de Hypotheekshop en zullen voor een eventueel volgend advies zeker terug komen! Ook de overige mensen waar we contact mee hadden waren zeer vriendelijk.
Very good, clear and independent advice. John van Overloop has a lot of knowledge, acts very quickly and personally. Really recommend! We were happy to come from The Hague to Leiden for the Hypotheekshop and will certainly come back for any subsequent advice! The other people we had contact with were also very friendly.
