Hypotheek was maar bij nagenoeg 1 bank mogelijk, want zzp'er.
Gezien de rompslomp na het gesprek, hadden we achteraf beter direct naar de bank kunnen gaan. Had niet het idee dat we ont zorgt werden, en zaken tijdig werden aan/opgepakt. De hypotheek is er op korte termijn gekomen, maar moesten vrij snel na afsluiten de verbouwlening verhogen dus weer kosten voor taxateur ed.. Uit "coulance" heeft de hypotheker geen 2e keer kosten gerekend..
In my opinion a somewhat high fee for 2 or 3 calls.
Mortgage was only possible with almost 1 bank, because self-employed.
Given the hassle after the conversation, we should have gone straight to the bank afterwards. Didn't have the idea that we were taken care of, and things were dealt with / picked up in a timely manner. The mortgage came in the short term, but had to increase the renovation loan fairly soon after taking out, so again costs for appraiser, etc.
