★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen vrijdag een halve Tête de Moine kaas gekocht. Volgende dag wilde ik hem nuttigen...toen bleek deze bedorven. Doorgaans stevige korst was compleet slap, vochtig en zwaar beschimmeld, ook binnenkant kaas was deels verrot en stonk ook verschrikkelijk. Gebeld met de zaak en ze adviseerde mij om terug te komen met het kaasje.
Vervelende is dat ik niet in Alkmaar woon en afhankelijk ben van openbaar vervoer. Wordt een heel duur kaasje, deze kostte al ruim € 12,- . Tip voor de winkelier.... let op de houdbaarheidsdatum van jullie producten! Ik denk dat het kaasje minstens een half jaar over de houdbaarheidsdatum heen was.
Last Friday bought half a Tête de Moine cheese. Next day I wanted to have it ... when it turned out to be spoiled. Generally firm crust was completely limp, moist and heavily moldy, the inside of cheese was partly rotten and also smelled terrible. Called the place and she advised me to come back with the cheese.
It is annoying that I do not live in Alkmaar and am dependent on public transport. Will be a very expensive cheese, it already cost more than € 12. Tip for the retailer .... pay attention to the expiration date of your products! I think the cheese was at least half a year past its expiration date.

Delicious cheeses and delicious wines! Very friendly staff who are always ready to advise or sometimes let you taste something delicious. Good gift tip too, I often get nice wines
