'It lytse paardeharen baltsie'', waarmee al zo lang in Franeker om de hoogste kaatseer op de PC wordt gestreden (het oudste sportevenment van Nederland!)(sinds 1853), is door Henk Rusman vertaald in dit transparante stalen werk op de rotonde bij het binnenkomen van Frentsjer. Of iedereen ook die gedachten daarbij heeft..
