★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom in mijn beroep heel veel mensen tegen maar werkelijk waar nog nooit eerder zo'n zeldzaam portret als deze man tegen gekomen. Hij wordt namelijk boos wanneer je besluit af te zien van aankoop. De kasten waren gewoon niet mooi genoeg voor wat ik er voor moest betalen en er kan geen 0,05 cent vanaf (kleur verschil, hoeken beschadigd etc.).
Aan te telefoon zegt meneer Kikkert niets te reserveren voor zijn klanten en alleen op afspraak aanwezig is, maar wanneer je heel normaal aangeeft dat je afziet van de kasten dan krijg je te horen dat hij ze apart heeft gehouden en er speciaal voor thuis is gebleven. Ook legt hij je woorden in de mond waar ik niet eens aan gedacht had laat staan deze uitgesproken te hebben. Het is een mannetje dat boos wordt wanneer het niet gaat zoals hij het wil. Wanneer je een handelaar bent dan moet je er ook tegen kunnen dat er een keer een klant is die niet besluit iets van je te kopen en niet zo raar (ik zeg het nog netjes) te reageren.

If you are a trader then you must also be able to withstand that one time there is a customer who does not decide to buy anything from you and does not respond so weirdly (I still say it nicely).
