★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super onvriendelijke baas.Keuken naar volledige tevredenheid geplaats.Echter als de nieuwe apparatuur t last afweten na 1 jaar laat HR de keukenrestyler t ook afweten op een zeer klantonvriendelijke manier.Helaas voor hem zijn alle gesprekken opgenomen .Wilde een nieuwe oven met bijbetaling maar dat kon niet . Electrolux zelf gebeld die zeiden mij t kan wel maar als t bedrijf zelf niet wil mee werken heb ik pech.Ja kon een andere krijgen van 1209 eurivolgens de baas en ik moest dan 650 bijbetalen .Nou die nieuwe kosten nergens 1200 euro.Kortom niet in zee gaan met dit bedrijf

Wij zijn hier erg blij mee Arjan die bij ons thuis kwam om alles te bespreken voelde haarfijn onze wensen aan. Het contact na het bezoek hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren we konden onze wensen nog bijstellen niks was te veel.
De monteur Alex levert vakwerk af de keuken is als nieuw voor een zeer betaalbare prijs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb deze partij 2 x om een offerte gevraagd. Heb ze zelfs gebeld en belofte we bellen u snel terug. Tot op heden heb ik alleen mooie nieuwsbrieven ontvangen maar een prijsopgave is blijkbaar erg moeilijk.
Als je zo al met je klanten omgaat in de begin fase dan kan het nooit goed zijn tijdens de oplevering.
Mooie beloftes en niks nagekomen! Mij betreft slechte organisatie en moeten nog heel erg veel leren qua omgang met klanten.
