 Meeting center: GP speech therapy physio library pharmacy neighborhood toilets cafeteria kindergarten activities for the elderly and other target groups. Very luxurious building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benedenetage is van alles.... kapper.... restaurant.... bibliotheek. Er onder parkeergarages voor de bewoners en etage 1 tm 5 wordt bewoont.... verhuurt
Downstairs is everything .... hairdresser .... restaurant .... library. There is parking for residents and floors 1 to 5 are occupied .... rents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huis van de wijk voor Nesselande. Gezondheidscentrum, bibliotheek, vestiging van buurtwerk met sociaal cultureel werk en jongerenwerk, vestiging van Humanitas Rotterdam. Prachtig gebouw in Spaanse stijl.
District house for Nesselande. Health center, library, location of community work with social cultural work and youth work, location of Humanitas Rotterdam. Beautiful Spanish style building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het lijkt heel wat, maar gaat hard achteruit. Restaurant gesloten. Gaat er armoedig uitzien. Humanitas beloofde indertijd veel, maar het is overgegaan op de SOR.
Triest gebeuren daar.
Zielig voor de mensen die dachten een goede en prettige omgeving te kiezen voor hun oude dag.
It seems like a lot, but it is deteriorating rapidly. Restaurant closed. Gonna look shabby. Humanitas promised a lot at the time, but it has switched to the SOR.
Sad happen there.
Sad for the people who thought they would choose a good and pleasant environment for their old age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn zwager is daar opgenomen, fout na fout. Verkeerde medicijnen, katheters verkeerd ingebracht. Over de rest maar te zwijgen.
Zal ook wel door bezuinigingen komen.
Heeft er dus niets mee te maken.
My brother-in-law was admitted there, mistake after mistake. Wrong medications, incorrect catheters inserted. Not to mention the rest.
Will also come through cutbacks.
So has nothing to do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristal is een verzamelcentrum in Nesselande, het is dus echt niet alleen een restaurant. De voorgevel verraad al en multifunctioneel gebouw, het is modern en van buiten kil. Het is ook een gezondheidscentrum met Huisarts, logopedie, fysio, apotheek, bibliotheek, buurtwerk, kleutergroep activiteiten ook voor ouderen en andere doelgroepen, toiletten en een cafetaria. Ik kan me voorstellen dat je gezien het pand en de steriele indruk niet gauw voor het cefétaria naar binnenstap. Het is even wennen. Het is een grote lange zaal met tafels en stoeltjes, beetje kantinesfeer. Het assortiment is daarop ook gebaseerd, maar wat er te krijgen is, is best lekker.
Kristal is a gathering center in Nesselande, so it's really not just a restaurant. The facade already betrays a multifunctional building, it is modern and cold on the outside. It is also a health center with GP, speech therapy, physio, pharmacy, library, community work, toddler group activities also for the elderly and other target groups, toilets and a cafeteria. I can imagine that, given the building and the sterile impression, it is not easy to enter before the cefétaria. It takes some getting used to. It is a large long room with tables and chairs, a bit of a canteen atmosphere. The range is also based on that, but what is available is quite tasty.
