★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouderwets huis wat betreft kwaliteit zorg. Omgang bewoners vriendelijk, maar professioneel gezien gedateerd, het niveau lijkt lager te zijn dan in andere verzorgingshuizen in de regio Friesland/Noord NL. Binnen de Lijte lijkt niet echt meegegaan te zijn in de tijd/ verder ontwikkeld wb de veranderingen binnen de zorg de afgelopen 5-10 jaar. Kwaliteit / professionaliteit qua hogere indicaties en moeilijk gedrag mag zeker het eea gebeuren qua scholing. Huis schiet ernstig tekort wb bepaalde zaken.
Het welzijnswerk (activiteiten / groepen) komt professioneler over dan de zorg.
 Old-fashioned house in terms of quality care. Dealing with residents friendly, but professionally dated, the level appears to be lower than in other care homes in the region of Friesland / Noord NL. Within De Lijte does not seem to have really kept up with the times / has been further developed in view of the changes within healthcare over the past 5-10 years. Quality / professionalism in terms of higher indications and difficult behavior can certainly be done in terms of training. Huis is seriously inadequate in certain matters.
Welfare work (activities / groups) comes across as more professional than care.
